1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of, and access to, the digital educational content, PDF course materials, and final examinations provided by Accredited Finance Courses, a UK-based online learning provider.

By purchasing or accessing any of our courses or services, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not accept these Terms, you must not purchase, access or use any part of our services.

2. Nature of Products

All products provided by Accredited Finance Courses are non-physical, digital educational materials delivered in PDF format. Each course includes written learning content and culminates in a final exam, which is proctored, recorded, and assessed post-completion. There are no video tutorials or live classes provided.

3. Consumer Protection and Refunds
3.1 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

In accordance with the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 (UK), you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of placing the order, provided the digital content has not been accessed or downloaded.

3.2 Digital Content Exemption

By accessing, downloading, or streaming the course materials (PDFs), you expressly consent to waive your right to a refund under the 14-day cooling-off period, in accordance with Regulation 37 of the Consumer Contracts Regulations.

Once access is granted to any digital product, no refund will be issued unless legally required under exceptional circumstances.

4. Exam Regulations
4.1 Proctored Assessment

All final examinations are recorded and proctored asynchronously to ensure exam integrity. You will be required to present valid government-issued ID as part of our KYC (Know Your Customer) compliance procedures before the exam begins.

4.2 Exam Conduct

You must be alone in the room for the duration of the exam. Any evidence of collaboration, impersonation, unauthorised materials, or cheating will result in immediate disqualification and a permanent ban from all future Accredited Finance Courses assessments.

4.3 Results

Examination submissions are reviewed within 72 hours by our professional grading team. You will be notified of your results by email.

5. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Use our content for personal, non-commercial educational purposes only.
  • Not share, resell, reproduce or distribute course materials without explicit written consent from Accredited Finance Courses.
  • Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.
  • Submit your own original work for all assessments.
6. Intellectual Property

7. Limitation of Liability

  • Any indirect or consequential loss.
  • Loss of data or earnings from system interruptions.
  • Results from exams not meeting employer or institutional recognition.
  • Misuse of learning materials outside our platform.
8. Privacy and KYC Compliance

All personal information, including ID documentation for exams, is processed in accordance with the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018. Your information will be securely stored and used solely for identity verification and compliance purposes.

9. Termination of Access

We reserve the right to terminate access to any course or service without notice if you breach these Terms, engage in academic misconduct, or misuse the platform.

10. Dispute Resolution and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with English law. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

11. Legal Entity and Training Provider Status

Accredited Finance Courses operates as an approved training provider under licence from Online CPD Education Services Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales under Company Number 16313468.

Online CPD Education Services Ltd is the legal owner and accreditor of the educational content. It grants Accredited Finance Courses the right to deliver its courses under an approved training provider licence agreement. All course content, assessments, and digital certifications are created, maintained, and quality-assured by Online CPD Education Services Ltd.

This structure ensures:

  • The integrity and consistency of all CPD-accredited content
  • Compliance with recognised standards in professional education
  • That learners receive fully accredited, employer-recognised certification

    Accredited Finance Courses is responsible for distributing and supporting the learning experience under this agreement
